Research On Coordination Policy In Reverse Logistics Management

As the economy is developing, preventing pollution and saving resources are being payed more and more attention. So the re-manufacturing has became an inevitable trend of development for supply chain,not only for releasing cost but also for the need of enterprise image.On the first of this paper, it talks about the background and the inevitability of closed-loop supply chain. Through above description, it points out the significance of adopting this topic. Then, some related concepts of the closed-loop supply chain and supply chain are introduced, including the definitions of supply chain and closed-loop supply chain, and the scope and application of each co-ordinations in supply chain.Then, From the point of government Implementation view to incentive policies, on the basis of using the game theory, the paper discusses the interest relationship between Government and Reverse logistics Enterprise. According to the action order, the paper builds up dynamic game models of reverse logistics between Government and Enterprise. It analyzes the behavior of government and enterprise during the cause of reverse logistics. Through the preliminary study about the conditions what reverse logistics enterprises should have and which incentive strategy the government should implementation ,it proposed whether the enterprises would built reverse logistics system or not ,the behavior and incentive mechanism of government play a decisive role in this activities, since it directly influence the intend of the enterprises.A mathematical model of closed-loop supply chain is made in this Chapters, to study the strategy of quantity discount. The closed-loop supply chain, in this model, is composed by one manufacturer and one retail component. And it is leaded by the manufacturer. Though the mathematical model is based on some assumptions, it is realistic. Through the analysis on mathematical models, it obtains the pricing strategy of the manufacturer and the retailer. Besides, the profit maximization of them can be obtained. Then a calculation example is made. It can be seen clearly that the coordination strategy of quantity discounts takes great profit to manufacturer and the retailer, in calculation example Besides, the coordination strategy of quantity discounts encourage the retailer to recover used products.At last, starting from analysis of electric appliance manufacturing industry scale and its waste pollution, makes a clear study of reverse logistics system. Then it takes each member participating reverse logistics as motivation object, and constructs incentive strategy model for electric appliance manufacturing industry from three aspects including incentive strategy for customers, incentive strategy for manufacturers, and incentive strategy for retailers. The analysis shows that reverse logistics incentive strategy model constructed from customers,manufacturers and retailers can give a better incentive to every link in reverse logistics and then effectually mobilize enthusiasm of manufacturers, retailers and customers.
