With the rapid development of knowledge economy and the increasing progress of scientific technology, it has been necessary to regulate the mode of economic growth.It has become inevitable to the development of our national enterprise that to improve the competitive power of private enterprise which is as an important force for the development of national economy in the international environment.However, as the scale of private enterprise has been extending continuously, there appear many problems, such as the poor level of management, the imperfect internal management system, and so on. Therefore management innovation has currently become the most important task for the private enterprise to solve. In order to fulfill the overall development and keep on the way of sustainable development, private enterprise has to make innovation of management, especially on the management thought, management mode and management means. Moreover, we should build up the learning private enterprise on the guide of learning organizational theories and effectively convert the learning behavior of employees into the innovative power of enterprise. In the course of learning, we should improve the level of knowledge and specialized skills of employees to promote the effective implement of the enterprise's management innovation and to solve the problems that private enterprise meets with in the course of management innovation. So it has some important realistic significance to study from the standpoint of learning organizational theories.The first part of this paper firstly outlines the objects, significance, framework and methods of my study, then elucidates the research activities of innovation theories and learning organizational theories home and abroad. The second part reviews the relevant theories.The third part draws the organizational learning theories from the learning organizational theories, and together with the management innovation of enterprise establishes the mutual modes of management innovation and organizational learning. On basis of this, we draw the conclusion that it is necessary to build up organizational enterprise for the management innovation. The forth part puts analysis on the current status of private enterprise's management innovation, specifically on the respects of the current status of private enterprise's development, the advantages ad disadvantages of private enterprise's management innovation and the necessity of management innovation for private enterprise. The fifth part analyzes the case of Da Yun Group which is a learning enterprise as an example of the management innovation. The sixth part sets up the basic framework of learning private enterprise's management innovation, from the respects of management idea, management system, organizational structure, the culture of enterprise and humanistic management system.The seventh part makes a summary, draws up conclusion and points out the deficiencies of this paper and the prospects of the future.
