The operation of the supply chain network distribution system based on the logistics cost control and logistics value-added services are widely concerned enterprises,logistics distribution center is the core link of functional and dispatch center function information center in one of the main order processing,warehousing management,sorting,packaging,distribution processing,transportation and stowage assembly process management in modern operations,supply and distribution system,whether it is from the perspective of manufacturers,or from the angle of enterprise logistics services are the core elements of cost control and value-added services,however,because the distribution center of goods usually handle many types and tedious activities and other factors,resulting in the cost of China's distribution center still at a high level,which has seriously restricted the rapid development of China's entire logistics industry.Therefore,how to effectively reduce the operation cost of distribution center is the key problem to be solved at present logistics industry.The traditional cost management method cannot meet the needs of the new economic environment,the analysis and application of the value chain has become the core problem of modern enterprises concerned.In this context,from the perspective of the value chain to optimize the distribution center operation cost has become an alternative direction.The application of value chain analysis to the distribution center work flow analysis,to reduce the total cost of the distribution center work flow through the amount of change of each node operation.First,the value chain into activity-based costing to determine the model construction of ideas,determine the internal value chain of distribution center in which value activities,and to analyze the relationship between each work link of distribution center in the internal value chain,function relation is established through contact between jobs,so as to construct the value chain cost optimization model.Secondly,field research analysis of the process status of a company distribution center operations,according to the operational process,were constructed the distribution center of the total business process value chain,storage process value chain,inventory management process value chain and sorting outbound process and value chain and construct to build the basic activities of value chain part of,summarized the drawbacks existing in the operation process and can reduce the cost of space and applied to the value chain cost optimization model,by changing the amount of work in process work to reduce the enterprise a distribution center for Industry in the process of the total cost.Finally,value evaluation of the results of the optimization and application of k-nearest complexity of a distribution center operating costs,a test of the distribution center in the total value of output process after the change of the amount of homework is greater than the amount of homework before the change process of total output value,verify the value chain analysis of the final point: to achieve cost reduction effect at the same time,but also toachieve the increase in the value of the distribution center.
