Enterprise strategic management, as the advanced stage of business administration, which is interactive in its own management environment, is a method to manage the future of the enterprise. Its center ideology is to make itself fit the external environment so that realize the enterprise long-term strategic goals, by means of making full use of various resources and abilities in the enterprise inside. In different epochs, the enterprise has different strategic ideas. In other words, the evolution of ideas of Enterprise strategic management is always associated to the market competition. The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. In such a novel economic epoch, the enterprise entering into the globalization strategy surroundings, in which the knowledge is developing fast, and becoming a kind of knowledge integration system, which is creating, spreading and utilizing knowledge. Knowledge becomes the core of company. The enterprise personnel, as the bearers of knowledge, are the most valuable human resources in the enterprise. They not only help the enterprise keep their persistent competitive advantages, but also realize the enterprise strategic objectives. Therefore, the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise staff has become a key for enterprise to succeed. In order to improve the employee's comprehensive qualities, and to get powerful intellectual support, the enterprise must pay much attention to develop human resources effectively to make sure of the enterprise development. In the background of advocating the construction of life-long learning, personnel continuing education is considered as the most valuable human resources development method, because it can improve the qualities of employees, form good organizational learning atmosphere, promote the enterprise economic development, and enhance the enterprise overall effectiveness. So, studying how the personnel continuing education effects in completing long-term strategic goals for the enterprise is realistic. This essay is divided into three sections:the first chapter mainly expounds the enterprise strategic management, including the nature and significance of the concept of "strategic" evolution, and describes the definition of the significance of enterprise strategic management. The second one is about the effect and function of enterprise employee continuing education in enterprise strategic management, which summarizes the effect of education staff continuing education, and illustrates the strategic function of the education in the enterprise development strategy. The third one is about the ideology of this typical education's promoting the success of enterprise strategic target, and expounds the basic strategies, which the education supplies to the enterprise development systematically, by means of the concept, content and performance evaluation.As to the research methods, this issue mainly used literature and cases analysis methods, and synthesized the pedagogy, psychology, management knowledge, which is based on human resources strategy and enterprise strategic integration, aimed to study how the personnel continuing education effects in order to realize enterprise strategic objectives.
