Currently, many changes have happened in macro-economy of China, the new government pays more and more attention on how to avoid national economy up and down, and on ensure stability of national economy. At the same time, it is provided as an important thing that land supply policy in macro-control as a control method. This paper discusses cause that land supply policy can take part in the macro-control on the base of giving a definition of land policy and macro-control. What's more, it compares land policy with monetary policy and financial policy, and introduces land policy's types and its methods and contents on macro-control. Finally, the paper put forward some suggestions.Since the 2004, the state promulgated a series of land supply policy from the source-the land supply, real estate market to strengthen the regulation. this is our government in the creation of a market economy, because in developed countries in a market economy, the tool is primarily to adjust monetary policy and financial policies. Control of the results are notable:adjustment of various kinds of land for housing land supply, checked hoard land, ensure the health of the real estate markets of developed countries.the regulation of developmented country is mainly based on real estate market demand and supply of classical theory that the number of supply and demand relationship decided to price changes in government policies and direction, and residents'income and other factors affect the buyers preferences of supply and demand conditions thus the real estate prices. Of course, different countries to take control of real estate policy features means.our real estate sectors analysed from a system of allocating housing through benefits has, through the market and welfare of double-track system, the relative market-oriented. Of which come to our the laboring people collectively owned by two kinds of land ownership and the socialist public ownership of various sectors of the economic situation, a single plan or market determinism are cybernetica it does not fully complete the current domestic property market price. This article by analyzing the real estate industry——material foundation land, and the plots of land supply policy in real estate market leadership in history, with effect from the relevant documents resources, and from time to time and different stage in contrast, Shanghai ten year period, Nanjing in 2009 and frist half of 2010 of whole country of concrete analysis of land policy's effect.
