Research On The Operation Mechanism And Model Of Green Supply Chain Of Manufacturing Industry In Our Country From The Angle Of Customer Behavior

With the appearance of social economy development and environment question, people strengthen their consciousness to the environment and ecological protection day by day. The manufacturing industry has destroyed the environment and the ecology enormously while makes the contribution for the economic development. Governments of many countries have released policies and regulations in environment protection to restrict enterprise's behavior, and to guide manufacturing industry to pursue the coordinated development of economy and environment.Furthermore, with the enhancement of people's life level, they start to pursue more healthy and environmental life style. People prefer more and more environmental and low-carbon consumer goods. In order to satisfy customer's request and enhances enterprise's competitive power, implementing green supply chain management becomes more and more important for enterprises. The thesis conducts the research to mechanism and the model of the green supply chain operation of manufacturing industry in our country from the customer behavior's point of view.First of all, the thesis analyzed the operation situation of the green supply chain of manufacturing industry in our country on the basis of the analysis of the operation links of the green supply chain and also found out and analyzed the problems in the operation process of the green supply chain of manufacturing industry in our country.Next, the thesis elaborated customers' important position and function which is the survival and development intangible asset of the enterprises and key and core of the enterprise competition on the basis of the analysis the importance of the green supply chain operation from the customers'point of view. And also the thesis analyzed the changes of customers' demand of manufacturing industry in our country and pointed out that manufacturing industry in our country faces the customers spreading all over the world whose request to products are turn to the direction of environmental, the respect nature, the ecology and the economic harmony development. The thesis described the process and features of the implementing green supply chain operation of manufacturing industry in our country under the pull of the customers' demand.Thirdly, the thesis has constructed the operation mechanism and model of green supply chain of manufacturing industry in our country from the customers'angle of view by using system power theory and game theory method on the basis of operation levels of the green supply chain of manufacturing industry in our country. Mechanism and model of green supply chain implemented by the enterprise, sharing machine-made model, consultative machine-made model and trust machine-made model in the operation process of the green supply chain are included. The thesis also analyzed the effect and function of mechanism and model to the overall operation process of the green supply chain.Last, the thesis has proposed the countermeasures and suggestions of effective operation of the green supply chain of manufacturing industry in our country in view of the problems in the operation process of the green supply chain and the operation mechanism and model of green supply chain of manufacturing industry in our country.
