Research On Enterprise Endogenous Defect Management System

Enterprise endogenous defect management system is based on endogenous ISO9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS18000 management system, which is a new integrative management system. As the enterprise endogenous defect has objectivity, universality, damaging and other characteristics, the international strongly requires enterprises to improve the defects managements, which promotes the research and implementation on integrated enterprise defect management. The existing of enterprise endogenous defect causes the defect phenomenon, which will bring heavy economic loss and even casualties. Enterprise endogenous defect management system will do the research on all enterprise defects phenomenon, and totally eliminate enterprise endogenous defects by systematic management tools and methods. Therefore, it is necessary to research on enterprise endogenous defect management system.In this thesis, there is a main line of enterprise endogenous defects management. Secondly, establish enterprise endogenous defect management system. The system composes endogenous defect recognition, the enterprise endogenous defects management and corporate endogenous defect management evaluation. Thirdly, research on the operation of enterprise endogenous defects management system. Starting from the process of enterprise endogenous defects management, discuss the model of PDCA in the operation of enterprise endogenous defects management system. And then analyze identification and treatment of enterprise endogenous defects as well as the basic support. Finally, evaluate the performance of enterprise endogenous defect management system. Through establishing the evaluation model and index system, enterprises can evaluate the effect of enterprise endogenous defect management and provide a foundation for continuous improvement.
