The economic environment is the Premise, the Material and technical conditions is the measure while the Economic benefits.The paper which demonstrates the significance of the project in Project Area Overview, building address natural condition and the Infrastructure makes an total analyses of the construction project market overview, the target customer analysis, the project advantage analysis, the regional projects and the price and makes a building program of the General Engineering Overview, the construction scale, the environmental protection analysis and the energy assessment. In the other hand, this paper also demonstrates the Project Feasibility in the field called the Building environment and discuss the Economic rationality through the Investment estimation and fund raising, the loan repayment capacity analysis and the financial risk analysis. This paper makes the conclusion about the Project feasibility of Jinsha Square after analysis the achievement of the study of the very three field and propose a suggestion on the problem how to raise the economic benefit of the Construction Projects.
