Research On The Whole Process Of Cost Control System Of ZB Phase Ⅲ Project

In the process of project implementation, cost control of real estate development and project construction is an important task. In this paper, we consider ZB project III as the research object, study the whole process of project cost control for improving the management of the project cost, enhancing economic efficiency with the theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, we firstly introduce the overall situation of ZB project III and the project cost structure of each stage. We propose ZB project III goals and principles of cost control, and built ZB project III cost control system. Secondly, we in-depth study the whole process of ZB project III cost control system in-depth research, the key cost control early, and the investment decision-making, land bidding, planning and design phase of cost control. We propose the key point of cost control of construction phase, and use earned value and deviation to analysis cost control. We also proposed stage of completion method of cost control. Finally, we give cost control system project assurance measures of ZB project III, such as improving organizational structure of cost control, strengthen the system of cost control, and strengthening monitoring and evaluation of cost control, increase employee awareness and level of cost control and other aspects.
