It is also the objective requirement of building a harmonious Xundian County and realizing the prosperity of this county. In addition, new-style industrialization is the basic approach to accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development and promoting the optimizing and upgrading of industrial structure. Besides, New-style industrialization is an inevitable choice of the construction of resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society, which is good for sustainable development..According to the entire construction goal of Yunnan industrial parks, Xundian industrial park is listed as one of the eight characteristic industrial parks in Yunnan Province. The Xundian characteristic industrial park is proposed under this background, so the strategic research about how to select the characteristic industries and carry on the Xundian characteristic industrial park is the key research subject.This article takes the Xundian characteristic industrial park as the object of study. It is based on the recourse situation, overall plan and present development situation of Xundian characteristic industrial park. This article mainly includes the following aspects:firstly, by taking advantage of the statistical data and on-site survey, the article analyses the development background and its own development superiority in Xundian characteristic industrial park. Secondly, by taking examples from domestic and foreign operational experience, we highly appreciate the overall localization and development targets in accordance with the development aims of Kunming, Yunnan Province. Thirdly, by using the SWOT analysis method, the article analyzes the development strategy of Xundian characteristic industrial park, which includes environmental development, overall plan, functional localization and development countermeasures.This research paper holds that Xundian characteristic industrial park should develop in the way which integrates the garden and the city, which can manifest the integration of garden and city, resources intensification, circular economy and ecological environment. In order to realize the diversification of the characteristic industrial park, we should take advantage of the coal, electricity, phosphorus, new-style energy, circular economical industries and building materials industry chains. Besides, we should cultivate manufacturing industry and the biological drug industry. On top of that, we should support the agricultural and subsidiary products by taking the modern services industry as the support. |
