| Recruitment and training work is mainly shown in aspects of talent selection and talent retaining in the human resource management work. How to recruit proper employees and retain excellent employees for a long time by enterprises plays an important role on the enterprise development. The effective recruitment and training work is the strong backing for the smooth development of the enterprises. An effective recruitment system can help the enterprises to timely find the employees optimum for the enterprise development, an effective training system can improve the quality and the learning ability of the employees, and the core competitiveness of the enterprises can be further improved.First, this paper describes the meaning and trends of the theory of human resource management related to recruitment and training.Second, the article describes the development of financial agency industry in China, of which take XF whose main business is bookkeeping as a case, introducing the company's business scope, development process, market share, organizational structure, human resources management, and summarizing and analyzing its current human resource management problems and reasons. The problems include: the company has no specific human resource management department; company's management staff personnel are not professionals and have little experience; lack of planning and scientific planning of human resources management; the company's leaders and management do not pay enough attention to human resources management; company personnel recruitment and appointment are unplanned and non-standardized; the company's training system is not complete and so on.Moreover, based on human resource management in conjunction with Shanghai XF agency's current financial situation, this paper designs a staff recruitment and training system for Shanghai XF financial agent. The recruitment system mainly includes planning design and needs analysis, recruitment channel design, recruitment process design, staff selection methods design, recruitment tracking of human resources. Human resources training system mainly includes principles, training needs analysis, training program design and implementation, training effectiveness evaluation of human resources training system.Based on deep research in the current situation of Shanghai XF financial agency's human resources management, this paper establishes a human resource management recruitment and training system, and makes some comments and suggestions, tailoring to some blind spots and problems of China's financial agent's human resources management, from the perspective of building Shanghai XF finance agency recruitment and training of human resources management system, drawing on domestic and foreign advanced management theory and actual experience of other enterprises.In the course of writing this article, I first referred to a large number of relevant theoretical knowledge and relevant literature related to human resource management recruitment and training. Using a combination of methods of theoretical research and case studies, I make an analysis of problems of China's financial agent's human resources management, and take Shanghai XF financial agent as an example build a human resource management recruitment and training system, building an effective human resources recruitment and training system to improve the overall competitiveness, with the hope to provide information and reference for the establishment of system of human resources management recruitment and training system. |
