The fierce market competition and personalized demand for customer request the distribution network having rapidly response, and the ability to distribute the right product to the right place in the right time with good quantity and quality. With the social development, the diversification of customer needs and requirements of time-sensitive increasingly clear, the traditional distribution network is based on the rigid basis of the cost of logistics and distribution, and has gradually detached from the real needs. The flexibility is the ability to cope with external uncertainty. So build efficient, full of flexible logistics and distribution network to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency, as well as to promote social and economic development are of great significance.In this paper, the theory and flexible distribution network are based on the basic theory.
