In this paper, the combination of the geographic information system GIS, technology of GPRS wireless data communications services, BeiDou satellite navigation system BDS,the computer information technology and modern advanced logistics management concept,logistics distribution system is designed and developed, to make up for a regular distribution logistics distribution system is not transparent and serious resource waste, the shortcomings of high shipping cost, and this system can better solve the distribution vehicle monitoring tracking management, simplify the problem such as customer order process, as to improve the efficiency of the logistics distribution center.In this paper, the logistics distribution system is designed and developed, which is mainly composed of car terminal and management center of distribution subsystem management center of distribution subsystem including the following subsystems: order management module, distribution vehicles management module and data management module. Car terminal mainly research on: 1) selection of hardware platform and set up,implement data transmission between various modules;2) management software to realize navigation and positioning, and distribution center for data interaction. Distribution subsystem management center of the mainly research on: 1) design the detailed funcuntion of management center, to achieve customer orders online submission, audit, the real-time monitoring and scheduling of distribution vehicle, path optimization, historical trajectory playback, order information query, customer evaluation suggestions for distribution services and other functions;2)the model and algorithm of logistics distribution vehicle routing planning is analyzed. this system adopts the fuzzy particle swarm neural network algorithm for logistics distribution to solve the path optimization mathematical model of the implementation operation stability and reliability, can quickly calculate the optimum path of distribution vehicle;3) research on distribution system database technology, the use of business data and spatial data independent of the management mechanism, the distribution center of business data, oracle database to store data, spatial data is through registration gold key of electronic map database, complete access to the electronic map database.Finally, the physical model is constructed as the design and development of logistics distribution management system in this paper, experiments have been carried out to test as simulation process of distribution center, the experimental results show that Fuzzy particle swarm neural network algorithm, which improves the performance of distribution vehiclerouting optimization in a certain extent, improves the speed of solving the optimal path,and each function module in the distribution system is stable and effective to monitor and manage the logistics process and customer orders in submitting and audit. |
