| The price Index of Yiwu road transport and warehousing index are established in this thesis are of practical significance to promote Zhejiang transportation construction Great Logistics particulaly to strengthen the government's macro-control, regulate market conduct of operations, and provide the basis for cost budget and price negotiations.In this thesis price index system and information platform construction were undertaken a sufficient analysis on Yiwu Road Goods Transport System.According to the basic concepts and theories of Road Goods transport price, this thesis took an analysis on the method of the Domestic and International famous transport price and boom index. Based on which road freight prices were classified and the forming mechanism of transport price and the main pricing method for Yiwu road cargo transport were represented. Through the analysis of Yiwu cargo and storage market's present development situation, further analysis was put forword that different need of freight price index from different users such as industry management department, transportation service providers and transportation service suppliers.Based on the theory price formation of road transport and the important reference of market's general cargo transport price structure, the yiwu shipping prices index system structure and freight rate calculation method were determined. Warehouse price index system was also constructed including two typies warehouses,e.g., general warehouse and universal bonded warehouse. And the related calculation method of storage price index was determined according to the price index system transportation basic principle --"scientific, operability, integrity and practical". Moreover, the yiwu professional market freight rate index system was established which consists of "price index system", "boom index system" and "separate monitoring index index system".The related schemes were then offered about price information collecting, analying and distributing. And specific requirements were put forward concerning the sample enterprise selection, collection method, data quality control system, organization management mechanism and staff configuration. Then the targeted research was carried out about the analysis and application of data and the form of publication.In the end, this thesis represented the overall thinking, basic principles, construction goal, system general framework and the main modules of information platform construction scheme for the transport price index, and produced index collection and released software interface. |
