Research In The Method Of Evaluate Thevalue Of Internet Company

People are using network to construct a virtual world- the internet world on the basis of the real word in the 21st century today. Internet influnces people's work, life, study, and other aspects, it also has brought our big business chances. The amount of Internet companies are increasing, but Internet Company have new features which are different form the traditional ones, it meets some difficulties when using the traditional value evaluation method to evaluate the value of Internet Company, at the same time, China's capital market is different from other countries, we cannot simply copy foreign assessment method. Along with the rapid internet economic development in our country, it is very important and urgent to build a set of assessment method in Internet Company.In this paper, I launched research in evaluating the value China's Internet Company on the basis of exploring correlation theory at home and abroad. First, do a study about the features and definition of value of Internet Company, as also as the charecters which influnces the value of Internet Ccompany; second, as the core, using datas colleted online to introduce the process of building the model evaluating the value of Internet Comany--the BP neural network model, and optimized the model, and last, give an example of evaluating the value of the same Internet Compay using the traditional methods introduced in the paper as well as the BP neural network model to illustrate the effectiveness of the BP neural network model. On the basis of the above research, the paper proposed a point of applying the BP neural network model to evaluate the value of Internet Company.The paper provides a tool and method for the evaluation of Internet Company, which is helpful to correlated beneficiaries and deciders making decision in investing, restructuring and merger, etc.
