Enterprise Value Of Equity Based On Bp Neural Network Assessment Study

Along with the deepening of reform, China's equity transactions have become increasingly frequent, equity value becomes the focus of equity transactions. The value of shares listed in the publicly traded equity markets, the large number of unlisted companies have not been made public equity market, Therefore, the value of its equity needs professional methods to assess. The current equity valuation methods are mainly cost, market, income and real option. In the practice of equity valuation, we found that valuation accuracy of these methods is not high, or they have difficulties in practicing. To resolve these issues, the need for a more perfect equity valuation method.Artificial neural network(ANN)is a rising borderline science, shows its superiority in a complex modeling system. As an artificial neural network, BP neural network has characteristics of high-speed computing and learning, and has the ability to approximate any nonlinear continuous function. BP neural network can overcome some shortcomings of current equity valuation methods such as lack of good information, subjective in valuation and so on. the valuation result of BP neural network are more objectively and accurately. The principles of equity valuation based on BP neural network are: assuming enterprises both listed and unlisted subordinate to the same value of the equity distribution, the equity vaue of listed enterprises are known, unlisted enterprises is the unknown, a general model of enterprise equity value comes from Simulation of enterprises equity valuation changes based on BP neural network, then the value model of the shares not listed arrives. Therefore, we have introduced a valuation method based on BP neural network, realize it through Matlab6.5. And taking examples to compare this method with other valuation methods, the results show that the valuation method based on BP neural network can make up for some shortcomings, and improve the equity valuation accuracy to some extent. The equity valuation method based on BP neural network, shares a new research tool and provides assistance for improving equity valuation theory.
