Research On The Erformance Evaluation Of Supplier For Telecom Operating Enterprises Based On BP Neural Network

With the continuous and rapid development of China mobile communications network,based on the current severe challenges of 5G network construction and individual user needs,how telecommunication companies use the latest supply chain management theory and innovative thinking?It is of great practical significance to gradually transform the original competitive relationship with suppliers into a cooperation and competitive relationship and to evaluate the performance of suppliers efficiently and accurately.Therefore,the research on how to establish a scientific and effective system about supplier performance evaluation and evaluation method in the current supply chain management of telecommunications enterprises is an important research topic to promote the development of the supply chain of telecommunications enterprises in China and to move toward global market.At present,although some scholars in China have conducted research on the supplier management and evaluation system in the telecommunications industry,the evaluation indicators are relatively old and common,and there is less systematic research on a specific category of products.This paper mainly takes CM company as the research object to carry on the in-depth analysis and research to the supplier performance evaluation of the optical cable products for communication.First of all,based on the review and summary of relevant documents in domestic and abroad,this paper discusses the importance of supplier performance evaluation from the perspective of supply chain management,and compares and analyzes the common supplier evaluation system in domestic and abroad.The relative basic theory and application knowledge of BP neural network are expounded.Secondly,this paper analyzes the characteristics and performance evaluation of suppliers in the telecommunications industry,and takes CM company as example,and makes an in-depth study of the current situation of supplier management and the existing problems in supplier performance evaluation.On the basis of this,key personnel interviews,questionnaires and factor analysis were carried out,and the supplier performance evaluation system of CM cable products was reconstructed.Finally,this paper chooses BP neural network design supplier performance evaluation model.Based on the supplier's historical data,the model is trained and simulated using the neural network toolbox in Matlab software,and the validity and accuracy of the model are verified.Based on the actual needs of the current supply chain management in telecom enterprises,this paper discusses the performance evaluation system and evaluation model of general cable suppliers in CM company.The proposed evaluation index and evaluation model can be applied to the practice of CM company.At the same time,it is also of great significance for the establishment of supplier performance evaluation system for other products of telecommunications enterprises.
