Ecological Tourism Planning And Evaluation Of Heilongjiang Eco-tourism Enterprises

There are not only rich material resources, but also the good ecological tourism resources in Heilongjiang province. With the improvement of living standard, travel requirements are higher. The traditional public tourism form has been difficult to meet the needs of tourists. Especially people who long live in city have more and more intense desire to return to nature. They are very sensitive to the environment pollution and resource destruction. The concept of sustainable development is specially recognized. On this basis ecological tourism are highly concerned and responded by tourism enthusiasts. Therefore good development opportunities appear in ecological tourism of Heilongjiang province. As the subject of the tertiary industry, it will promote economic development faster.As the important link of ecological tourism development and management, the majority of principles and methods of planning of ecological tourism adhere to traditional planning thought and haven't established theoretical system that can reflect ecological tourism features. It reflects that the concept of ecological tourism is not effectively carried out; community residents'interests are not considered adequately; environment protection planning is lack of operation; local characteristics are not showed enough. Therefore it's urgent to establish the theory system that guides the present practices of planning of ecological tourism.This dissertation summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Heilongjiang ecological tourism planning through analyzing the status of Heilongjiang ecological tourism resources and studying successful experience of ecological tourism at home and abroad. The ecological tourism principles and ideas are proposed. According to the comprehensive situation, this paper lays out the ecological tourism and establishes evaluation system. There are many problems in ecological tourism planning of Heilongjiang province. This paper puts forward the corresponding amendments aiming at these problems and also adds to the lacking research of technical method.
