The research of organizational socialization on employees is a new critical issue in the fields of organizational behavior and human resource management. Organizational socialization is a learning process, in order to adapt the organizational values, organizational goals and norm, an employee learns how to adjust his or her attitudes and behaviors. It also means the adjustment process of employee turns into insider of organization from an outsider.With the economic and social development, the number of knowledge workers in the public organizations is increasing rapidly, and they have played more important roles than before. But the public organizations do not pay attention on them. Therefore, it causes many questions in the human resource management, for example, low work enthusiasm, less efficient, the serious loss of high-end knowledge workers.The research not only expands the subject, but also strengthens the understanding on this issue. Moreover, this research will contribute to elevate the high work enthusiasm and work efficient of knowledge workers, and lead to a higher overall satisfaction. All of above will be helpful in improving the image of public organization and achieving the organizational goals finally.This dissertation analyzes the concepts and theories of organizational socialization and knowledge workers, and review the research status at home and abroad. Second, beginning with the concept of organizational socialization, through using relevant theories of organizational socialization and empirical researches, the vital part of this dissertation discusses the problems in the process of knowledge workers organizational socialization and analyzes the reasons. At last, from the perspectives of both organizations and employees, propose strategies on promoting the process of knowledge workers organizational socialization. At the end, illustrate some weak points in the study and several questions need to be solved.
