With China's reform and opening up for 30 years, the developments of China's private enterprises have made great contributions to National economic development and social stability. At the same time we are in the full recognition of the development of private enterprises and encouraging the development of private enterprises, we must pay attention to a range of issues emerging in the development course of private enterprises in china. In particular, the labor shortage phenomenon after salary increase phenomenon emerging since 2010 in china caused domestic and international social widespread concern. Facing the reality, this thesis will focus on the private sector wages problems.The paper will be based on Marx's labor value merchandise theory perspective to study the wages of workers in private enterprises in China. Full-text is divided into five sections. In The literature review, we are given Adam Smith, Marx's labor value merchandise theory, the theory of Human Capital and Chinese scholar research on Marx's labor value merchandise theory about the wages of workers.On the basis of analysis the literature we find that Marx's labor value theory have significance in guiding and helping the problems of the wages of workers in private enterprises in china; in the second chapter, we study Marx's labor merchandise value theory and the views of Chinese scholars on the study of Marx's labor merchandise value theory and on the basis of it we propose an open framework which is composed of labor merchandise value; in the third chapter we use a large number of facts and data to analyze the wages of workers and social insurance funds and education training funds, at last we make the judge that the workers who are working in private enterprises are in the low initial level of income; in the fourth chapter we analyzes the reasons for the low income of private enterprises workers, which contains private business owners to maximize profits and the lack of labor market function and so on; in the fifth chapter we propose the measures of perfecting the income of workers in private enterprises in china, and bring forward the new inspiration emerging in the new round of labor shortage phenomenon.Through the above analysis and research, we identify the root of the problem of low wages in private enterprises, and find that strengthen the minimum wage system supervision, the establishment of new labor market, improving the social security system, improving the skills and qualities of both owners and workers, strengthening the government's involvement and intervention are the key factors to improve the income level of workers, in order to guiding private enterprises better, and faster development in China. |
