In china,it's of great value to research the relationship among the transformational leadership,psychological empowerment and organizational commitment.First of all, according to the finding,managers will find that transformational leadership style will make employees identify themselves with Organization's values and goals, make them pay for additional efforts to come up to collective group's goals,reduce turnover, and increase employee's organizational commitment. Secondly,the studies indicated that Psychological Empowerment take effect of mediation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.It is useful for managers to focus on employee feelings of psychological empowerment,and creat an authorrized atmosphere for employees,when employees realize that they are valued and authorization, they will take the initiative to report to a higher level of organizational commitment.The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among transformational leadership, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment,and to further verify whether transformational leadership Influence organizational commitment through psychological empowerment.This sample comes from 9 companies,there are 307 valid data,the investigation adopt Maturity Scale for the chinese scene that has been proven repeatedly by domestic scholars,using statistical software analyze data.For one thing testing the reliability and validity the three variables of the scale,then,doing Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis among variables, at last,Using analysis of variance to study Moderator Variable which including gender, age, education, company type and Work Experience make an impact to psychological empowerment of employees and organizational commitment.This study further confirms the relationship among transformational leadership,psychological empowerment and organizational commitment in china.The studies indicated that Psychological Empowerment take effect of mediation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment,but psychological empowerment has a small mediation impact to Vision incentive dimension of transformational leadership.
