Abstract/Summary:
In the fierce competition, competition for talent urges enterprises to attach importance to staff training in order to acquire competitive advantage, while staff training is also one of the important contents of human resource management. As a kind of human capital investment, training investment's achievements is difficult to be measured by the intuitional mean. In order to enhance the training effectiveness, many successful enterprises home and abroad widely use the training appraisal method to strengthen the training management. Training Evaluation is the last and vital step in the whole training management process, which is a systems engineering and needs to use different appraisal tools, and to be considered carefully from each aspect of training.This thesis begins with the theory of Training Evaluation which includes the concepts, theories, methods, models and processes, and so on. It provides solid basis for solving the training effects' evaluation problem of S-G Post Company. Then, the thesis introduces and analysis the status quo of training and training evaluation in S-G Post Company. In the end, according to the problems existing in training evaluation system of S-G Post Company, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving training evaluation, specially the innovation for the comprehensive application of the training effect evaluation model, and a database of the results of training effects evaluation, which may have some reference to the training evaluation system of S-G Post Company in future.
