Panzhihua Td-scdma Wireless Network Optimization Project Quality Management Research

After years of rapid development of mobile communications, the domestic service of mobile communication has been very popular and the communication network of CMCC has become one of the world's largest and it has the largest number of users. Now, the second generation of mobile communication technology has failed to meet the growing users and business requirements, so must be followed up the world newest development trend, be toward to the mobile, broadband, intelligent (multimedia) direction. The third generation mobile communication network, or 3G, is the direction of the necessary emerging technology. It is a new challenge,in the wireless network optimization projects , how to use project management to achieve quality management objectives for each operator. Due to lack of appropriate theoretical guidance and mature quality management models and methods, therefore, wireless network optimization projects can not meet its quality products and customer requirements. This article is based wireless network optimization projects to improve the quality of management effectiveness and expand the appropriate research.Because the wireless network optimization work has a very typical feature of project, we will receive a good effect if we use modern project management theory and methods carry out research.In this paper, Panzhihua TD-SCDMA wireless network optimization projects as an example, the author analyzed project quality management and applied modern project management theory and methods of project quality management theory, and analyzed its causes, and raised key issue of affecting wireless network optimization projects; and Studied and explored to these two aspects, proposed the relevant theories and methods of implementation in addition with good applicability and operability.This thesis made some exploratory efforts to Wireless network optimization project quality management research. Its results can provide direct application or reference to other wireless network projects, and achieve research purposes of improving project quality level.
