| In recent years, the high-tech industry plays a more important role in the development of one country's economy. The high-tech and the high-tech industry have been developing rapidly, Based on this, the information economy and the knowledge economy can develop and bring profound change to the world. It has become the leading force instead of traditional industries for all the countries especially developed countries and newly industrialized countries. Against the background of New International Division of Labor, analysis of industrial international competitiveness had changed accordingly. There already have many articles about the industrial international competitiveness of High-tech industry, which are based on the Porter's diamond model and single index of the industry, and lake of evaluation model based on New International Division of Labor.On the basis of existing research and in the context of New International Division of Labor mainly on intra-product which has become one of the mainstream models, I establish a index system with import and export scale, technique content and global status as the second indicators, in order to deeply analyze our countries' high-tech industrial international competitiveness. According to the massive domestic and foreign data, I compare China with three developed countries and three developing countries, and then, normalizing each indicator, on this basis, through the variation coefficient method I give three the three indicators with reasonable weights to analyze the whole high-technology industrial international competitiveness. Based on this, according to the four factors which Porter proposed in his diamond model and the capital-oriented and technology-oriented of high-technology industry, I chose seven factors for empirical analysis about the influence factors and high-technology industrial international competitiveness. Empirical results show that the industrial international competitiveness of our country's high-technology presented enhancement tendency from the longitudinal self-portrait. Compared with other countries, our country's high-technology industry has a high scale competitiveness and lack of Technological competitiveness. The regression analysis, in one respect, has further proof such result, and in other respect, shows that whole labor productivity , industry increase rate, selling costs profits and taxes rate are main factor to our country's high-technology industrial international competitiveness other than the R & D Investment Intensity, R & D manpower strength. According to the above analysis, I propose three suggestions in the aspect of technological introduction, technological innovation and the business management to better promote the future development of high-tech industry. |
