Research On Industries Integration Between The Two Cities Of Changchun And Jilin

At present, the topic of the industrial integration is being researched on Regional Economics and different experts have different opinions. In the paper, the writer discusses the industrial integration in the cities of Changchun and Jilin and nine countries around them in the views of optimizing the economic structure and regulating the industrial distribution . This paper is consisted of four chapters which are described as following:In the first chapter: An introduction to the basic theories including the conception, the connotation and the means of industrial integration. Expounding the theories on the industrial integration including the theories of Industrial Structure, And then the last content of this part is talking about the experiences and enlightenments on industrial integration within Zhujiang Delta,Yangtse Delta in China, though summarizing the enlightenment to accelerate the process industrial integration between the city of Changchun and Jilin .In the second chapter : The writer make use of the Quotient of the Location and the Concentration Index to select the industries which have comparative advantages in the city of Changchun and Jilin .The Quotient of the Location is used to do analyze the industries invariably and the Concentration Index is used to do with variable one. After analyzing the current characters of industry structure and the trouble in the development of the industries in the two cities such as the high proportion of heavy industries in the structure of the industries ,the unbalanced development between the cities and countries, the single structure of ownership ,proposing the necessity of the industrial integration .In the third chapter:As the State Council gaves its official approval to"Outline on Chinese Tumen River regional cooperation and development plan-setting Changjiyu as the pilot zone",the inter-city railway opening and the useful policy drafted by the government ,the writer analyses the advantage and disadvantage of industry integration between the cities of Changchun and Jilin with qualitative and quantitative method. It was that the opportune location and convenient transportation, climatic environment , abundant talent are the advantage. In her opinion, the big barrier is the economic institutions and economic systems are not unified.In the last chapter: The author puts forward some constructive ideas about how to integrate the industries in the two cities of Jilin province. To accelerate the course of the industrial integration with the help of annexation and reorganization of enterprises, establishing industrial growth belt, transferring industries and so on. Based on the statement above, the paper gives the suggestions on the industrial integration.
