Study On The Influence Of Central Region Industrial Transfer Based On Industrial Cluster

Under the economic globalization situation, industrial transfer on production specialization plays an irreplaceable role, and also can avoid suffering problems of regional industrial structure assimilation and duplicate construction, etc. Industrial division and specialization production can improve the production efficiency, so as to promote the formation of scale economy and agglomeration economy and further accelerate regional industry transfer. Industrial cluster is the inevitable outcome of industrial development and regional development, the inevitable product when the industry development runs into a certain stage in the conditions of market economy, and also the important manifestation of present industry competitiveness.This paper studies the relationship between industrial cluster and industrial transferwhich is considered not contradictory, but interactive. The inner mechanism are discussed from the angles of theory analysis and model analysis. And also discusses the inner mechanism from the angles of theory analysis and model analysis. By constructing a measure of industrial concentration index– specialized cluster, the situation of industrial cluster of Midlands and Zhejiang & Guangdong Province are analyzed according to the index 2004 and 2008. In contrast, Zhejiang Province, Midland has its own comparative advantage. Based on the 2004-2008 industry panel data of the Midland area this paper use the regression method to analyze the affecting factors of industrial cluster. According to the results of this analysis, this paper argues that the scale of enterprise has more important effect on industrial cluster while transportation factors and human capital factors have less, and the government tax is inversely related to industrial cluster. Chapter four analyzes the current situation of undertaking industrial transfer in Midland and further empirically analyzes the effects of industrial cluster on undertaking industial transfer.It also shows that the scale of enterprises is the main factor, employment proportion and gross industrial output have positive relationship to undertaking industrial transfer. As a result, some relevent policy suggestions, which are helpful for undertaking industrial transfer, are provided focusing on creation and improvement of industrial cluster conditions and also rational utilization of the rules of industrial cluster.
