Study On Evaluation Of Land Use Efficiency In Liangjiazi Irrigation Area Before And After It's Restructured Land Use

Da'an is one of the most poorest city in Jilin province where natural disaster really disturbing. The annual precipitation has kept decreasing for these years plus it's poor water-conservancy project system which made the unconscionable use of it's land resource. Agriculture development and peasant income hm2ve been affected by Desertification and Stalinization of the land. In order to enhm2nce the supportability of foodstuffs to the hole country, make good use of the water and soil resources in east of Jilin Province and improve the eco-environment, the government brought on the construction of Da'an irrigation district. The implementation of the project is good to the use of water and soil resource in east of Jilin Province, advance the development of regional economies and finally speeding up poverty alleviation in poor areas.The research area is in Da'an irrigation district, where the construction is early and well. We made this town our research area to fully reflect the efficiency of the irrigation project, and we call it Liangjiazi Irrigation Area.This paper is based on land use data and socio-economic statistical data from 2000 to 2009, using AHP to prominent the efficiency of the irrigation district. There are six chm2pters in this paper, the first one is introduction which analyzed related articles and made introduction on research significance and goal. The second one is an analysis on land use in Liangjiazi, which selected two typical years before and after the establishing of irrigation district and make comparison on them. Water co-ordination of supply and demand was calculated in the third chm2pter which is related to the benefits of the district. The fourth part is evaluation system which consists of evaluation principle, evaluating indicator and procedure. The fifth is the evaluation of Liangjiazi land use and the last part is conclusion and insufficiency of this paper.The meanings of this paper are follows: 1.Fill in the blanks of land use efficiency in west of Jilin province, do good for future research. 2. Dialysis the role of diversion project through water supply and demand. 3. This paper reveals how irrigation project works on the local economic, social and ecological quality, for people to hm2ve an objective understanding of such project.
