As a typical project-oriented enterprise, most of its projects for the government public projects, the needs of marketing professionals are different from the traditional manufacturing companies'. In reality, The events which cause significant loss to land consulting companies due to the failure of marketing personnel selection occur frequently, How to scientific select the suitable marketing personnel to the marketing positions for the land consulting companies become the key of the question, and also is a difficult question. This study committed to this difficulty, provide quantitative scientific basis to make decision for which human resources of land consulting company to select sales personnel, and of reference to select sales personnel to the project enterprise. But the study of selection of marketing personnel in project-based corporate is still relatively weak, very little research in this area, especially research of such land personnel selection for marketing consulting, result of evaluation studies is no publicly reported in my literature search range. So the study drawing on research findings of personnel selection for such characteristics of such companies marketing positions, based on extension theory and methods to carry out a land consulting company marketing personnel selection of evaluation studies. The study enriches the existing theory of personnel selection method and is of reference to similar selection of corporate marketing professionals. The main contents include:(1)Designing analysis of extension evaluation based on extension theory for the marketing personnel suitability the marketing positions of land consulting firm have such characteristics of transformable and dynamic.(2)Based on personnel selection theory, and the research results of talent-post matching analysis the necessary factors which competent the work, through expert survey, selection of various representative evaluation factors to determine the extension evaluation parameters. The indicators are divided into four areas consist of knowledge and skills, personal qualities, ability and quality, motivated demand of 27 indicators.(3)Invite experts include the land consulting and courses-related college professor, the land department leaders and clerks, marketing manager and project leader together to make scores for each index, determine the weight of each index by fuzzy AHP method.(4)On the basis of existing research results about evaluation parameters and integrated use of various methods to determine classical domain and extension domain for each index, then, determine extension evaluation domain interval for land consulting company marketing personnel selection study.(5)Select two land consulting companies in Hang Zhou as an example, after field survey, obtain the actual characteristics of each index value of the four evaluation object from the two companies. Then gain extensive evaluation results by adopting Evaluate App Software. Give the suggestion for enterprises how to choose the right marketing talents more effective, and the individuals how to adapt this work through self-improvement.The extension evaluation result obtained from empirical evaluation to the four objects is: the comprehensive extension evaluation of the results ranked, respectively, Ranked by priority is b, a, c and d. among them b is completing suitable for the work of marketing for land consulting firm, while a, c and d suitable for the work under certain conditions, that they can make efforts to improve some of the shortcomings of the indicators to achieve this level that entirely suitable for the job.This paper has concluded that:(1)The extension evaluation results obtained in the study have good agreement with the actual, so the Extension theory, Extension evaluation parameters, index weight, and the rang of indictors are of reference.(2)Extension evaluation methods used in personnel selection evaluation has certain advantages, it can reflect the actual situation dynamic, quantitative the job impact of the indicators of the object, it can dynamic depicts the adaptation of job to the evaluation object which has a certain reference value in the preferred side.
