Financial Control Issues. Hanwei Group Study

In recent years, with the rapid development of global economy, growth of the domestic group company has becoming a new economic growth point in the national economy. Along with the enterprise scale continually expanding, and organizational structure increasingly complex, the company management has exist some problems in financial control, and it's necessary to find further improvement and solution. Financial control is the basis for the survival and development of the company, and is the core of enterprise management.Han Wei Group is an industrial enterprises joint stocked and established by both state-owned and private company. Hanwei's main production is High Pressure FRP pipe, wind power generation turbines, and gas desulfurization devices for electricity power plant, etc. In 2006, Hanwei has successfully listed on the Toronto stock exchange In Canada, becoming the first Heilongjiang Province's public company listed in North America area. The group's business is extended from domestic to foreign countries, and increasing variety of products will become great advantage of its own facing the fierce market competition in the future. The company has to make development in technology and product innovation to meet the need of the foreign market, and strengthen internal management, optimize the whole group resource in order to develop financial synergy. The most important core of internal management is to establish an effective financial control. To complete the profit target, financial control is the effective helper to make quick decisions when the market environment, product demands, or competitors changes.This paper focuses on the study of group financial control, the core of Hanwei group's management. It's introduced the theoretical foundation and development of financial control, and Han Wei Group's present financial control situation. By the analysis for Hanwei's financial control, there still are some problems to be solved. In the light of understanding the Hanwei group's financial control problems will help find the measures and make improvement, and effectively prevent from the group business risk.
