Supplier's Management System Optimization For A Valve Co.,Ltd.

Under the influence of supply chain management concept, the relationship between purchaser and supplier has gradually transformed from competition to cooperation which depends on their mutually. Supplier's management is an important part of supply chain management. Companies do not only inspect the raw material, but also pay more attention to other aspects especially the relationship.This article analyzes the problem of supplier management system with the supply chain management concept. It also proposes the requirement and optimization reform for supplier management and analyzes the importance and difficulties in the implementation process. The aim of this research is to presents the optimization reform, on the basis of investigation, in order to increase the purchasing benefit and the quality, which has certain reference to the other Manufacturing Companies, especially the middle and small scale Private enterprise in China.
