The product, channels and technology becoming gradually to be similar at the today's life, enterprise's kernel competitive advantage is that core staffs will no doubt a source of power. Therefore, to attract and keep the core staffs should become the organizations human resources strategies of the top priority.Broadband refers to the compensation system that consolidation the pay grades and narrow ranges, thus become a relatively small number of pay levels and wider ranges. Its core concept is "performance is more important than job titles", it can guide the staff to strengthen and improve individual skills and ability and promote formation of enterprise culture that emphasize learning and participating. In addition, this compensation system links the pay level with individual performance, so as to effectively attract and retain core staff and motivate staff, and develop the staff's ability continuously.This article analyses the design process, and implementation of security conditions for broadband salary based on the concept and applicability of broadband salary, especially takes SRG as an example, and analyses the problem of the core staff salary and structure; redesign SRG core staff salary system based on this analysis and broadband pay theory.To the adoption of such research, the use of modern, scientific methods, to establish a set of characteristics of the business, effective pay system, which can stimulate the fighting capacity of staff especial core staff more effectively, combine the staff benefits and interests to the enterprises', so as to enhance their core competitiveness and sustainable development capability, make the retention and training of human resources efficiently.In order to stimulate the initiative of the core staff and combat effectiveness more effectively through the broadband salary design, thus enhance of enterprise's kernel competitive power and sustainable development, reserved and bring up the high level and core human resources.
