Since 2010,the state continued to strengthen regulation and control of real estate,real estate market is gradually transition from a seller to a buyer's market,changes in the environment facing the real estate business decisions more uncertain risk factors. Chinese real estate is still a pillar industry of national economy,accelerate the integration process with the cities and towns,real estate developers,has become a hot investment and consumption in the hot high-income groups. Suzhou early start in the real estate market,the development of relatively mature,facing more intense competition in the market,developers only do in-depth market research,marketing,scientific and rational planning,it may be in the competitive real estate market in the stand position.This paper discusses the marketing point of view,is to use the theoretical knowledge of integrated marketing planning,through the New Deal,Suzhou City real estate market analysis of the situation,combined with the specific circumstances of the project A's. The purpose is to help developers to market risk to a minimum so that it traded under the New Deal under the influence of depressed market conditions,can in the competition of similar products and achieved good sales performance,while achieving the project development to maximize profits which is the project developers are facing an important issue.This article based on the current real estate development,the environment,by combing,reading the New Deal,the focus of the New Deal on the impact of the real estate industry,and Suzhou City real estate market for the status quo,with a real estate company marketing plan A project on real estate marketing,the focus of the content planning process and operational procedures were introduced to construct the current situation of commercial housing project in Suzhou for integrated marketing strategy framework for real estate,real estate development enterprises to provide useful help. The innovation is to combine this with the real estate market prices under the New Deal to create a model of integrated marketing framework and operational processes,customer demand as the starting point to product strategy as the core,through the channel of integration,the integration of media and promotion strategy,etc. aspects,through integrated marketing strategy,brand experience design and spheres of marketing,word of mouth marketing,the implementation of four-dimensional marketing tactics,developed a residential project for the whole process of Suzhou,integrated marketing strategy for the New Deal affected by recent severe real estate enterprises to explore the road ahead. Meanwhile,the real estate marketing plan real estate operations to support integrated marketing theory,the theory and practice,reflection,hope the real estate enterprises in Suzhou and healthy development under market trends help.
