Study On The Development Strategy Of Pashm Industry In Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,which located along the coast of the Yellow River in China, is not only one of Chinese top ten pastoral areas, but also is one of the leading producing areas of Cashmere in China. Since Chinese development in the 1980s, Ningxia's pashm industry experienced a development progress from cashmere purchasing, cashmere selling, cashmere carding, rough machining to scale up of phase, structure development and level advancement. At present, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region's pashm industry has already begun to take shape, what's more is that it had substantially formed a pashm production base which is include the core production areas of the east of Lan Shan mountain, the middle of Xiang Shan area , the city of Ling Wu.Both. Ling Wu area and Tong Xin area have formed the industrial clusters which are based on the pashm enterprises. And pashm industry has become one of the special and feature advantage industries of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. As the integration of the world economic accelerates, domestic market is more open, all of these conditions will inevitable provide a wider trade space of development of Ningxia's pashm industry. But, meanwhile, pashm industry, as a backbone export industry of undeveloped areas is facing unprecedented severe challenge. Therefore, to timely set an effective strategic planning which is accord with the pashm industry of Ningxia and to realize the sustainable development in the new situation, are both particularly important.This essay takes pashm industry of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as research object, makes the industrial development strategy related theory and ideas of sustainable development as the guidance, uses the SWOT method as the main research analysis tools, and mainly analyses the internal and external environment of the Ningxia's pashm industry. It also attempt to comprehensively analyses its development environment in macro micro, and than ,based on these ,it tries to make the corresponding strategic orientation and choice, and puts forward the feasibility strategic measures.First and foremost, this article analyzes development opportunities and challenges of the pashm industry of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region through the investigation and research which is related on the domestic and international status and trend of pashm industry. And it makes objective evaluation on the progress and inadequate in the development process of Ningxia's pashm industry. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the advantages and restricting factors of the pashm industry'development in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Secondly, using SWOT analytical method, this paper anal sizes the internal and external environment condition of Ningxia's pashm industry thoroughly indeepth study, summarizes the opportunities and threats which the external environment brought for it and the strengths and weaknesses which the internal environment brought. On this basis, using IFE, EFE matrix it comprehensively evaluate the key factors in internal and external aspects. Meanwhile, based on the determination which focuses on the influence strength in the development of Ningxia's pashm industry, this essay uses Boston matrix method and internal and external matrix methods to analysis and made strategic positioning. And through the strategic analysis and strategic orientation, it makes clear the strategy guiding ideology of development and strategic objectives. And with this guidance, it puts forward the a positive development strategy choice of the development of Ningxia's pashm industry. These strategies include: industrial clusters strategy, sustainable development strategy, brand strategy, internationalization strategy, investment promotion strategy, the government's leading strategy for industry specific development strategy.The last but not least, according to the selected development strategy,this paper combines with the actual status which the industry is facing and puts forward the implementation development strategy of Ningxia's pashm industry. And at the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, it pertinently put forward the specific strategic implement measures.
