Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Economic Open

It’s an open world today, and globalization has become an irresistible trend. China can not isolate from the world, and the world also needs China. Confronting with the economic globalization, the open up and reform policy shall be persisted, so as to enhance the national strength and meet the challenges coming with the globalization.Since the reform and open up policy carried on, especially the12th five years, our country persists on reformation and development with the open policy, expand and deepen the reformaion, the guideline of Walking Out has been executed effectively, and the open economic system has formed. The eastern coastal area has become the forefront of the reformation, and increase the invality of the economy. With the reform policy going deep into he mainland, Ningxia needs to step up and achieve the leapfrog development of the economy by improving the opening up level.Ningxia is located in China’s northwest area. In history, Ningxia is the blend central zone of the Central Plains farming culture, the Northern Steppe Nomadic culture and Western Central Asian culture, and the arena of multi-ethnic for survival, fusion and activities, also the site for multicultural generating, prospering and spreading. When coming into the new century, the pivot position of Ningxia still has the great influence to the foreign econmics, though the economic conditions for opening up are not as well as the east, the significant location and long history Islamic culture provide a great stage for the development of economics.Since2010, the Central Committee, State Council have held several meetings for the large-scale development of the western region, surmize the experience, and deploy the plans for the next ten years development. One of the priorities is to expand the regions opening to the outside. Promoting Ningxia’s opening is the most important part of the development strategy.<Several Opinions of the State Council on Further Promoting Economic and Social Development in Ningxia> requires that Ningxia shall be reformed to be the open economic zone inland. Consequently, it has great significance on strategy.This essay will summarize the elements affecting the economics in Ningxia by reviewing the opening procedure, from the perspect of nature and culture, and the necessity of the strategy for development. And combine with China’s three mode of open economic development, elicit the realistic conditions and significance of choosing the open economy development pattern for Ningxia. Finally, i will give several suggestions to the basic framework and strategic steps according to ge realities.
