Following the computer and the Internet, the IOF(Internet of Things) is known as the world's third wave of information industry and the technology driver of the next round of world economic development. It is also seen as the key technology areas to revive the economy and the international financial crisis. Logistic industry is an important area of IOF applications. Based on the rapid development of Internet of Things, this paper has done a prospective study application about the IOF applications in the field of IT Manufacturing Industry Logistics Information Management. Based on the IT Manufacturing Industry Logistics Information Management, the paper has done a series of studies about the IOF applications in the field of IT manufacturing logistics information management:After establishing the background and significance of the research and the current status of research and development, the paper firstly summarizes the concept of IT Logistics Manufacturing Information and describes its features,as well as the current unique problems. In addition, the paper introduces the concept of the EPC Internet of Things and EPC Internet of Things system.Secondly, this paper analyzes the status of IT Manufacturing Industry Logistics Information. Combining with the features of the EPC Internet of Things, the paper carries on an in-depth study on the effect of EPC Internet of Things on IT Manufacturing Industry Logistics from business systems, business processes, logistics, information technology, logistics information management, and other point of view. Based on the above research, the paper builds a new business process framework model which based on EPC Internet of Things technology and improved the current logistics business processes as warehousing business processes, distribution business processes and transportation business processes. Thirdly, the paper builds an EPC Internet of Things IT Manufacturing Industry Logistics Information Management solution. The solution contains two aspects, such as multi-tier applications Logistics Information Management model which is designed to solve how to integrate current logistics information technology with EPC Internet of Things and the framework of logistics information collaborative management system which is designed to solve to how to work together with existing logistics information systems. Furthermore, the paper gives some information security measures on EPCIOF.At last, the paper puts forth a comprehensive evaluation index system which captures the EPC Internet of Things factors. To test the application effect of EPC Internet of Things used in IT Manufacturing Logistics Information Management, the paper builds an EPC Internet of Things IT manufacturing logistics information management comprehensive evaluation model through using of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
