In this paper, using linear regression analysis, the moving method of mean, gray system theory of three different methods to analyze economic and culture influence of Shanghai world expoto china.. By comparing the result of this analysis to find a better quantitative analysis method to show the influence of Shanghai world expo. The result shows Moving method of mean and Grey system theory have no difference in model prediction and both can get quick prediction result directly.This article includes three chapters:In the first chapter, it introduces Mathematical Analysis method and basic definitions and marks.In the second chapter, use economic and culture data acquired from online and analyze method mentioned in the first chapter and apply related software to get result after data-processing.In the third chapter, use the result from chapter two to compare with the same year's data then compare it with the result got form using result different method to show which method is most effective method to show the effect of shanghai expo.
