| Tobacco industry developed rapidly in recent years. Marketing and management all requires IT support. Wenzhou tobacco has been initially implemented e-governent, e-commerce, decision support and modern logistics with information technology support in recent years.However, IT system decision-making still has certain randomness, IT investment still has certain blindness, IT daily management still has some of confusion; IT evaluation is still not a scientific. The potential of IT system has not been maximized.The IT management in Wenzhou tobacco has been studied in this article.The theory and methods of IT management should be made clear first. This is the issue must face for all company during their way to modern enterprise. the article described the concept of IT management, studied the IT management model, and assessments methods to determine the Wenzhou Tobacco IT management theory, which evaluates IT management with qualitative and quantitative methods in Wenzhou tobacco.Analysis of IT management problems and causes in Wenzhou tobacco is the second step. Wenzhou tobacco has established it infrastructure for fifteen years, has accumulated a large amount of IT resources, but there are still lots of problem such as lack of projection, depending on elite, maintenance etc., which is mainly caused by lack of awareness of management, comprehensive IT technical staff and scientific and effective evaluation system.The third step is to build the effectiveness of IT management evaluation system for Wenzhou tobacco. In this paper, we determined the effectiveness of IT management and evaluation criteria index with expert survey method and AHP.Finally, I evaluated IT management of Wenzhou Tobacco in 2010 using the evaluation system. The results were evaluated, the problem and improvement direction were pointed out. This research can give the national industry reference to municipal companies, and can be applied to IT management in Wenzhou tobacco. Hope it can be some help to Wenzhou tobacco. |
