In recent years, China's insurance market has maintained steady and rapid development momentum, the insurance industry in the financial markets and international insurance markets influence and increase their competitiveness, China has become the world's most important emerging insurance powers. Premiums in China in 2010 ranked sixth in the world. "Eleventh Five-Year" period, China's average annual premium income grew 24.4%, which is one of the fastest growing industries in China, where annual premiums of life insurance companies grew 31.8%. Industry-wide total assets of more than 5 trillion yuan, of which life insurance companies accounted for 84.5%. China Post Life as a new company faces a bright future, but currently in operation management system problems must be solved in time.In this paper, SWOT analysis,comparative analysis and other operational management system for the business model, marketing channels and marketing teams to optimize the management of three specific programs proposed to achieve the integration of resources and the use of the Post, the comnapy's future development establish a foundation. Hope this research for the company to provide opportunities for development support, and effectively improve China Post Life Shaanxi Branch of the core competitiveness.
