The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy.The market needs more and more knowledge staffs. Enterprise knowledge staffs pay more attention to the psychological contract than general staffs. when knowledge staffs work in same or similar conditions of work, the psychological contract can produce very big effect to knowledge staffs'behavior and work performance. So the psychological contract is very important to the increase of knowledge staffs' work performance.Firstly, through describing the background and the research object to introduce the necessity and significance of the impact on knowledge staffs'psychological contract to work performance. Secondly, through expounding knowledge staff,the psychological contract and performance to show that our states'enterprise knowledge staffs is more suitable for using the three-dimensional structure of psychological contract and two-dimensional structure of performance. With the help of literature study, expert consultation, knowledge staff interviews to design the questionnaires of organization responsibility, staff responsibility and work performance, which conform characteristics of the knowledge staffs in china. Then taking A company knowledge staffs as research object to send questionnaires, it uses reliability, validity and principal component analysis of SPSS to find the primary influential factors of knowledge staffs' psychological contract and work performance. Through PEARSON correlation analysis to illustrate that psychological contract of psychological staffs and work performance has significantly correlation. Lastly expounding the influence factors and bad effects to A company work performance against psychological contract and existing problems of A company's incentive system. The article puts forward from the three dimensions of psychological contract to improve A company's incentive system and reduce the rate of psychological contract violate.
