| In the era of knowledge economy, carrying out the knowledge workers' training is the impetus sources which the enterprises can keep on innovating continually. However, because of the difficulties about separating human capital and its owner and special characteristics of the knowledge workers, it is uncertain enormously that the enterprises get normal training income, and the enterprises may suffer various training risks. How to prevent the knowledge workers' training risks has become a difficult problem which puzzles the enterprises' managers. Therefore, the study on how to prevent the knowledge workers' training risks has vital practical significance.Foreign and domestic scholars have proposed two viewpoints on how to prevent training risks: First, let the employee undertake the training cost or only provide special training; Second, establish the dominant contract restraint mechanism to extend the time of recycling training income. These two viewpoints think training is equal to the material capital investment, which is difficult fundamentally to solve the problem on how to prevent training risks. Therefore, examining the enterprises' training risks is a new research clue from the angle of psychological contract.Take the psychological contract as the angle of view, the paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to constitute a model which explains the satisfaction degree of the knowledge workers' psychological contract's effect on the enterprises' training risks, which is based on the qualitative analysis of the knowledge workers' characters' effect on the satisfaction degree of psychological contract and the enterprises' training risks, and the satisfaction degree of psychological contract's effect on the enterprises' training. Consequently, the paper makes full use of SPSS13.0 software to analyze the questionnaire and gets the following conclusion: In our country, the knowledge workers' psychological contract content based on the training has five dimensions, namely team member psychology contract,individual development psychology contract,spiritual drive psychology contract,training environment psychology contract and material transaction psychology contract; In our country's enterprises, the knowledge workers' psychological contract based on the training has been violated; the satisfaction degree of knowledge workers' psychological contract and the enterprises' training risks are supposed to assume the remarkable inverse correlation relations; special characteristics of the knowledge workers have the remarkable influence on the satisfaction degree of psychological contract and the enterprises' training risks.Finally, according to the characteristics of the knowledge workers' psychological contract based on training, the paper puts forward a policy suggestion of preventing the risks of the enterprises' training as follows: firstly, the enterprises should enhance the degree of satisfaction of the knowledge workers' psychological contract by building the training stimulated mechanism; secondly, the enterprises should guide the knowledge workers to form the correct psychological contract by strengthening enterprise cultural training; thirdly, the enterprises should prevent the breach of psychological contract by strengthening the communication with the knowledge workers. |
