The Financial Support For The Pasture Construction In Inner Mongolia

The question of financial supporting pastoral development is a key issue of our new rural and pastoral areas construction, and it is also a difficult problem. The construction of new rural and pastoral areas requires huge financial support, it can be said that, finance plays an important role among our constructing new socialist countryside and new farming zone. This paper studies aims at on the basis of Inner Mongolia development fund supply and demand, further analyzing methods and countermeasures of strengthening our efforts to explore funding support. In this study, the comprehensive use of economics and finance, management theories, the combination of macro and micro-analysis, using a combination of methods of empirical analysis and normative analysis,combined with comparative analysis and historical comparative analysis on analyzing financial support issues of Inner Mongolia pastoral, farming, herdsman development. By analyzing the current situation of Inner Mongolia in financial development in pastoral areas, it focuses on the construction of supply and demand in the financial state, and draws the conclusion that the serious financial supply can not meet the financial needs of pastoral development. On this basis, drawing on international financial support for rural economic development experience, the study obtained policy recommendations of pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia support financial development. Optimizing the external environment for financial development in pastoral areas, perfecting pastoral financial system, and unleashing a positive role of new-type rural financial institutions are still current important work.
