Study On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Professional Farmer's Cooperatives In Wenzhou

Its Cooperatives developed quickly in Wenzhou, but some difficulties still exist, which has a lot of different cause. But so far we couldn't found the report of systemic Study on the development of New-type Professional Farmer's Cooperatives in Wenzhou Under such a background, this paper studied many reasons in the development of Professional Farmer's Cooperatives alms at the fact of Wenzhou. The author put forward some suggestions based on much analysis. The study will express great value in guiding the practice of Wenzhou.Under such a background, the author researched lots of contents by used many means (holistic perspective; case interview; Comparison Analysis), the author analyzed the contents, which contained two typical cooperatives case in Wenzhou, and there were some experience, which included geographical advantage, leadership in organizations, but there were some problems, which included operation, quality of member, product brand, policy and fund.The main conclusions of the study were as follows:though summarizing theory analysis, reference abroad and conclusions of Wenzhou demonstration, we came to some conclusions of this paper:(1) Create stably and loosely external environment:strengthen the support from government policy (including capital support and land preferential); enhance the service function of the government; propaganda successful experience; do well professional guidance and training. (2) Strengthening internal management of Farmer Specialty Cooperative Organization. There are three principles need to be followed: possession, management and income of corporation member. (3) Improve product core competence:insist on standardization production, including four aspects:first, establish perfect organizing leading system; second, set up sound agricultural standard system; third, upbuild consummate supervision and detection system of quality of agricultural products; fourth, found normative agricultural products quality certification system. Adhere to the brand development way and perfect modern logistics system. For example, enhance consciousness of modern logistics; speed up the construction of infrastructure of agricultural products logistics; optimize and integrate resources and accelerate construction of agricultural products information;implement system of futures transaction and wholesale; strengthen the international trade of agricultural products.
