Land given to the resources of nature is essential to human life, the basic production information. With population's growth, economic and social development, Demands for land increase dramatically and the conflict between human and land becomes more and more conspicuous. Rapid reduction of reserve land resources, land deterioration of ecological environment, population and land have become increasingly prominent, form a global land crisis. The coordination between unlimited demand and limited land area, has constrained social and economic development around the world. Thus, how to optimize the rational use of land and land use is very important.Based on the land use situation and existing problems of analysis and land use structure optimization model to explore the construction and application of land use structure of the general methods and means, and in the presence of Nanjing land use analysis of the problem, based on the building of gray multi-goal programming model to solve the land use structure of economic and social development of Nanjing, the bottleneck of land for future land use decision-making during the Nanjing and land-use management information.The basis of article supported the theory and application of appropriate methods, mainly from the perspective of system theory to study the following three aspects:(1) Analysis of land use. Through land use and its problems, revealing areas of land resources, planning the overall strengths and weaknesses, clearly the future direction and focus of land use, land use study for the foundation and reference;(2) Land use structure optimization model building and design. Optimization of system engineering principles, gray system theory and principles of multi-goal programming model constructed of gray model of multi-goal land use structure, and use Win QSB software GP (Goal Programming) program to achieve optimal system model for the selected programs and Gray Preferred;(3) Empirical study of land use structure optimization. Using the gray model for multi-goal land use structure in Nanjing implementation of land use structure optimization of empirical research and planning through the evaluation and selection and presentation of land use structure optimization of the implementation of safeguards measures.Finally, the paper takes Nanjing for example. Firstly, the thesis analyzed systemically the optimal system of land-use structure on city level which is a complicated and open system made up by land, population, economy, society, resource and environment. According to this, the author was on the basis of the designing flow chart of land-use optimal model, has designed 3goal functions,13 variables and 17 terms of restraining, and set up the model on Nanjing city optimal land-use structure by combining national economic and social development with the present situation of land-use structure of 2005 and the long-plan of the 2020 in Nanjing. Secondly, the author optimized Nanjing's land-use structure by applying and calculating the model repeatedly. After its gray quantity was explicated by the methods of gray system theory, we solved and analyzed the model by applying Goal Programming of Win QSB, and constructed nine optional schemes. Finally, according to the optimal principle of comprehensive benefit, the author selected 10 comprehensive indexes, adopted GRA to optimize those schemes, and found out the most optimal scheme (7). In addition, the thesis provided some countermeasures to realize the scheme (7).The result proved that the model had bigger science, feasibility and practicability. The system analysis and the model is a convenient and effective method to the complicated system of optimal land-use structure. The results of the programming not only coordinate the relationship among population, resource and environmental within planned period, but also make the best syntactical benefit. |
