Along with the global economy, the gradual expansion of the 2010 for China to become the world's second largest economy.However,China will become influence world, responsibility economic powers, we must cultivate a large number of international competition ability and outstanding management level of outstanding private enterprise, the Chinese private invested enterprise management innovation has become China's private entrepreneurs, among which the primary task of the human resource management innovation is important. How to attract and retain qualified personnel is a private business imperative, and the ability to attract and retain key personnel in turn depends on what kind of private enterprises to establish the pay system. At the same time, to safeguard the new salary system's smooth implementation, has drawn up some powerful safeguard mechanism, guaranteed that the new salary management system plays the proper role in company's overall operation, hoped that has the help to the Witter company's further development.
