Innovation in Industry-University-Research Cooperation is certified to be one of the most important ways to promote the independent innovation-capability. Thus, the evaluation to the knowledge-management is significant for the IURC(Industry-University-Research Cooperation) organizations to improve the knowledge management and promote the process of the collaboration-innovation, therefore, it is crucially important to establish a complete performance evaluation system of knowledge-management for the IURC to evaluate the practical situations of knowledge-management.First of all, the paper expounds on the contents of innovation of IURC and knowledge-management, analyzes the correlations between innovation of IURC and knowledge-management, and the contents, characteristics, system and significances. Secondly, the paper designs the content of the performance system of IURC's knowledge-management from the two aspects of operation and output, thereinto, operation condition includes knowledge recognition, knowledge sharing, knowledge integration and knowledge innovation among them, and output includes intellectual achievement and economic benefits as well as organizational maturity. Thirdly, principles of the performance evaluation system of IURC's knowledge-management are to be elaborated, and then the performance evaluation indexes system of IURC's knowledge- management are to be established. The paper adopts the method of Delphi, set-valued iteration and fuzzy integration to carry out an empirical analysis. Based on the above research, and aiming at improving the proficiency of knowledge-management of sample units and their abilities in innovation, the paper points out certain strategies and suggestions of enhancing the efficiency of the knowledge-management of IURC from the perspectives of enhancement of operating-efficiency on knowledge-management, perfection of talent- management system, and enhancement of knowledge management information-construction. |
