Service robot is one of the greatest inventions since the 20th century, The promotion of service robotproducts not only essentially changes the traditional industrial production, but also profoundly influence on human society.Along with the rapid development of science and technology, application fields of service robot expand as well. From those educational research platform, to providing service robot to various sections, service robots are in work everywhere. However, current movements of sending service robots to families, the core technologies are still dominated by in Japan and South Korea. In last fiveyears, the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology has been strengthening the investment on robot development and production, the amount funds in the field increases greatly, Therefore this stimulates the booming of companies whose main emphasis is on service robots with high technologies.. Facing the huge Chinese consumer market, how to adjust the focus of marketing strategy for companies who operate projects related to service robots with high proposion of high and new technologies, this will directly determine the survival and the development of those companies of service robots in the new and challenging market changes.Based on the related theories ofinarketing management in service projects, taking an example of a Shanghai based company whose main project are service robots, the author analyzes its marketing and selling statistics over last 8 years, and obtains first hand results of the performance of the company. Based on the information analyzed, from the service robot's characteristics of supply and demand of their target market, the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and correlation analysis is conducted, this paper analyzes the effect of internal and external environments of service robot industrialization, and from four aspects of products, prices, sell channels, and promotion, it puts forward the company's marketing strategy:Believing the idea of "we care you more than you do",, promoting the the core value of the brand of professional service robots, the implementation of related marketing strategy on effective product positioning, service expansion, channels and promotion.From the in-depth marketing analysis of the company's products of service robot, the author explains the feasibility study of the company's new project development plan, and based on the analysis, this thesis researches the strategy marketing direction of the prosperous project of service robot.
