Along with globe development and increasingly high degree open in the flower industry, the countries are facing the increasingly fierce competition. China's flower industry is developing rapidly, but it still has some problems because it starts late. In this case, the flower companies need to strengthen their operation management, try to reduce their cost and improve the service quality in order to improve their market competitive capability. So, the logistic is very important part of flowers circulation and cost reducing which is called as "third profit source" of companies, it related with the product place and the consumer market of whole supply chain. Accordingly, strengthen the logistics management is particularly important to Kunming international flower auction center Co. LTD (KIFA) which is such a circulation enterprise.Supply logistics plays an important role to KIFA because it's the start point of flower circulation. If its system is scientific and reasonable will directly affect the operation efficiency and the-.eventually profitability of entire supply chain. This paper firstly compared the domestic development situation of the flower industry in Yunnan flower industry, analyzed the existing problems and suggested two type of trading model:trading in the KIFA or trading in Donna wholesale market.Secondly, this paper describes the function, mode and application of flower supply logistics. Next, we discussed the three modes of China's agricultural circulation system.Third, we pointed out KIFA supply logistics'characteristics, analyzed its supply logistics situation and existing problems after a in depth understanding of KIFA flowers auction operation, further, we draw conclusion that the whole group mode is the key factor to optimize the supply chain process. At last, we put forward the reconstruction KIFA supply logistics operation way into integrating goods center patterns after analyzed the factors which influence the flower circulation cost.Fourth, this paper described its significance to KIFA establishing flower set goods center and puts forward the location selection model after considering the various factors and decisions preparation and analyzed it by the center-of-gravity method.We hope that the conclusions of this paper will be useful and significant to further optimize KIFA supply logistics system, reduce logistics cost, improve flowers auction efficiency, and increase auction trading amount, which will finally enhance the competitiveness of KIFA in flowers market.
