With the continuous development of China’s economy and people’s living standards, more and more people began to pay attention to the quality of life, flowers in people’s work and life has become an indispensable element, combined with rapid domestic e-commerce and logistics industry development, making the flower market has good prospects for development. However, in recent years, increasingly fierce market competition, more and more companies start by reducing internal logistics costs for the greater economic efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Mode of operation of the storage area as an important part of warehouse management, and has a significant impact on improving the efficiency of warehouse management, cargo shorten time and reduce storage management costs and improve service levels. In this paper, Kunming International Flower Auction Trading Center Co., Ltd. (KIFA) launched under the "flower shoot Online" in the background, with its cargo mode internal logistics issues for research, simulate two forms KIFA internal logistics operations, through the analysis, in contrast, KIFA help build a cargo of scientific programs, thereby reducing the cost of its internal logistics, improve operational efficiency.Through field research and communication with relevant staff from KIFA, the real transactions in recent years can be seen. Every day buyers involved in the transaction has more than 300 people, suppliers have thousands of people, it is more often traded up to tens of thousands, KIFA been exploring more efficient cargo delivery scheme. Based on this fact, this paper in order to improve the efficiency of goods within KIFA part as the research object to study, first elaborated the theory of simulation methods; and simulation for both cargo carried on the concrete introduced, and the impact of cargo efficiency factors analysis; then in a real supply quotient, quotient purchase, transactions on the basis of random dividing the storage area were simulated; final conclusions were based on the analysis of the problems of sub-goods program has been improved direction exposition, and make the corresponding summary and outlook. In the simulation of this article, no matter how the transaction order, the supplier of the arrival order of how efficient cargo delivery mode is superior to the arrival of goods under sub-mode. The above conclusion verified the actual operation proved that the study should have some practical application of scientific and practical.
