The Macro Logistics Of Quality Evaluation Studies

Along with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, China domestic lifted a wave of "logistics" which constantly heating up. However, products and services that increasingly rich broadened consumers'choice space, what's worse, which adding to the pressure of enterprise survival and development, and leading to the focus of competition change from numbers to quality, price. Quality had become a chasing goal by a national, a region, an enterprise and customers. Also, quality is the lifeline for logistics, logistics quality is an important factor for measuring logistics system, but also the key aspect to obtain enterprise competitive advantage. Logistics quality has become a hot issue in 21st century.There was nearly 20 years for logistics concepts introduced into China, but our country'logistics overall level remains low and developmental delay. Because of poor packing, goods loss has 100 billion worth in China every year, so it is important significance for strengthening logistics quality management. Compared with the logistics level in developed country, it still in the primary development stage, also, has a long way to develop. Drawing lessons from logistics development in advanced country, we found they pay great attention to macro logistics quality management, logistics policy establishment and personnel training. For example, Japan emphasizes the government guidance, which has overall planning for logistics system. Germany mainly relies on the legal means to strengthen the market management. American emphasizes competition and takes the law as the criterion and mobilizes social enthusiasm to promote the logistics development. Each nation has a comparatively sophisticated logistics personnel system.By contrast, the macro logistics quality in our country at present time prefer to chaos. The logistics personnel output are place in the temporary shortage. And these were just the most important and effective precious resources.This dissertation studies current situation of Chinese logistics quality, and stand in the macro level to analysis the influence and function of market, society, government three quality systems in order to establish macro logistics quality evaluation system, also, combining relevant data of 31 provinces, cities, autonomous regions, using statistical analysis method, building mathematical model, which is expected to reflect regional logistics quality level.
