Research On Harbin University's Budge Management Based On Concentrated Treatsure Payment System

College budget management is an important part of our country's budget management. Recent years, along with the deepening of the budget reform, the investment of high education has been constantly increased is the pursuit of financial workers. It is the pursuit of financial workers to make good use of the national finance, and create a better financial condition for colleges.
